Guangdong AMA is our flagship ball manufacturing base, specializing in the R&D and production of tennis, pickleball, cricket, and beach tennis balls. The facility is equipped with four of the most advanced pickleball production lines in the industry, two highly competitive tennis ball lines, two leading padel ball lines, and one state-of-the-art beach tennis ball line. It also houses a dedicated laboratory that strengthens continuous innovation and stringent quality control.

Heyuan AMA is our flagship racquet manufacturing base, producing a diverse range of products including pickleball paddles, cricket bats, beach tennis rackets, badminton rackets, and tennis rackets. With a monthly production capacity exceeding 90,000 racquets, it serves as a cornerstone of AMA's manufacturing network.
The factory is scientifically organized into specialized workshops, including painting, sanding, packaging, preforming, and molding divisions, supported by industry-leading automated hot-press production lines to ensure efficiency and consistent quality.
Heyuan AMA also boasts strong R&D capabilities, focusing on new racquet structures and advanced materials. By collaborating closely with world-renowned brands, it continually drives the development and application of innovative products.
Established in 2021 in response to the Belt and Road Initiative, Gansu AMA is a key production base specializing in cricket bats, beach tennis rackets, and pickleball paddles. With its relentless pursuit of craftsmanship and lean manufacturing, Gansu AMA has quickly become a recognized hub for high-performance racquet production.
The facility emphasizes high-standard composite material applications and full-process quality control. From raw material prepreg treatment and molding to surface coating and fine polishing, every stage strictly follows international standards to guarantee durability, stability, and consistent performance. Distinguished for its advanced molding and high-precision coating processes, Gansu AMA ensures both superior aesthetics and exceptional playability.
As a socially responsible manufacturer, Gansu AMA also contributes to community development, creating over 150 local jobs—including opportunities for 25 individuals from impoverished backgrounds and 5 employees with disabilities. By promoting rural revitalization and social integration, Gansu AMA exemplifies how manufacturing can create both products and societal value.
Founded in 2004, Hubei AMA is one of our oldest production facilities, specializing in entry-level supermarket-grade pickleball paddles with strong large-scale manufacturing capabilities, producing over 100,000 paddles per month.
The factory is equipped with a dedicated laboratory and multiple torque-testing machines, ensuring every paddle meets international standards for strength, durability, and stability. As an industry pioneer, Hubei AMA was the first manufacturer to successfully mass-produce and apply in-mold foaming technology to pickleball paddles—a milestone in racquet manufacturing innovation.
Strategically, Hubei AMA is also the only Chinese-owned manufacturer in the industry with independent prepreg resin development capabilities. This allows us to innovate across the full value chain—from raw materials to production processes—delivering cost-effective, reliable, and high-quality solutions for our clients.
Established in 2012, Dongguan AMA covers an area of 6,000㎡ and employs around 100 staff. As an integral part of the AMA manufacturing network, the Dongguan plant combines high production efficiency with advanced facilities, steadily progressing toward becoming a globally standardized factory.
The facility includes a professional laboratory and USAPA-certified testing equipment to ensure all racquets meet international competition standards. Its production portfolio is currently distributed as 45% pickleball paddles, 29% beach tennis rackets, and 25% padel rackets, covering the three major racquet sports categories.
Renowned for its CNC precision machining and UV digital printing technologies, Dongguan AMA ensures structural stability and refined detailing while delivering highly customized and innovative product designs. The factory also continues to strengthen its R&D capabilities, advancing the application and adoption of new structures and processes in racquet manufacturing.
