Clear and fair return terms for wholesale and retail customers.

At AMA Industry, we provide a transparent return policy to protect both our customers and our production standards. Returns are accepted only under defined conditions, with clear timelines and documented processes.

    If product has confirmed manufacturing defects (QC verified); Wrong items shipped (model, spec, or quantity mismatch); Transit damage reported within time limit.

  • Not accepted

     If products damaged by misuse, collision, or modification; Normal wear and tear (grip tapes, surface scratches); Claims made after the return time limit; Customized/OEM products unless defect confirmed.

If defect/wrong shipment confirmed, AMA Industry covers return & reshipment freight.

Customer Responsibility

If caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or out-of-policy return, freight is covered by customer.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds issued only after QC confirms returned product eligibility. Replacement products will be arranged within 30–45 days, aligned with production schedule. Refund method: original payment channel or credit note (for wholesale clients).

Special Notes for Wholesale Orders

For large orders, partial returns may be accepted depending on defect ratio. If defect rate ≤2%: treated as normal production variance. If defect rate >2%: affected portion may be returned/replaced.
