Fiberglass costs are rising due to semiconductor industry demand
Dear Valued Customers and Partners,
Due to strong demand from the semiconductor industry, fiberglass supply has tightened and material costs have increased. As fiberglass is a key material in paddle production, Nodex will adjust prices for selected products.
The semiconductor industry is consuming more high-grade fiberglass materials, while some suppliers are shifting production capacity toward these applications. This has reduced the availability of standard fiberglass cloth used in paddle manufacturing and pushed prices higher.
Nodex will continue using qualified materials and maintaining stable product quality. We will not lower material standards to offset rising costs.
To reduce the impact of the adjustment, please take the following actions as early as possible:
Confirm upcoming projects and demand forecasts.
Place planned orders early.
Contact our sales team to confirm current pricing and material availability.
Early order confirmation may help secure current pricing and production capacity, subject to material availability.
Affected products, adjustment levels, and the effective date will be communicated separately.
